Hi, I’m Patricia Hoyt, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC, NCC, CRADC) with over a decade of experience helping women navigate the emotional weight of life’s transitions, traumas, and mental health challenges. I specialize in working with women who struggle with Borderline Personality Disorder, anxiety, depression, PTSD, and substance use, offering a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where healing feels possible—even when life feels overwhelming.

I hold 2 master’s degrees one in Psychology with a focus on addiction and one in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. My therapeutic approach blends evidence-based modalities such as DBT, CBT, ACT, and person-centered therapy, all delivered through a trauma-informed lens. I work with women who feel deeply, often carry more than they share, and are ready to reclaim their voice, identity, and emotional stability.

Since 2020, I’ve embraced telehealth as a way to make counseling more accessible especially for women juggling careers, caregiving, or simply needing a flexible way to show up for themselves. Whether you're feeling lost in your relationships, stuck in survival mode, or unsure of who you are beneath the anxiety or depression, you're not alone—and you don’t have to keep doing this by yourself.

At 2 Minds 1 Goal Counseling Solutions, I’ll walk beside you as you rediscover your strength, develop healthy coping strategies, and build a life that feels aligned with who you truly are. You deserve peace. You deserve clarity. You deserve to heal. And I’m here to help you begin.
